Jill Kaldenberg started Stonewall Designs in the Spring of 1993 after always being interested in art, Even at a young age she favored all types of art. She always favored art classes in school, particularly graphic design. She started out doing faux finishes but through the years has added mural painting, graphics, cabinets, furniture and canvas paintings.
Jill has trained with many different artists that have helped in her career. Some of these people include Rita Miller from Miller Waagner Studios, Sheri Zeman from Faux Design Studio in Chicago, Illinois, Henri Menendez from DeHuelbes Designs in Atlanta, Georgia, and Annie Sloan from Oxford, England to name a few. She works primarily in Iowa and Nebraska but has had the privilege to do jobs in other states such as Nebraska, Colorado, Texas, Missouri, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Jill has been working for an amazing client base for over 25 years. She has done many jobs for the same clientele over and over and had the opportunity to become close friends with many of them.
